Common Ground USA is an all-volunteer organization that promotes land value tax shifts, rent-sharing land trusts, and other commons-based approaches to social, environmental, and economic issues.

Based in Indiana, our mission is to help concerned citizens and local officials throughout North America understand site value (land value), and learn the benefits and practicality of greater reliance on it as a revenue source.

The Center for the Study of Economics a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit educational research foundation established in 1980. We’re the inheritor of one of the oldest nonprofits that fought, wrote, and most importantly acted its convictions: the Henry George Foundation of America.
